We are recruiting a PhD candidate for the project: “Assembling a Universal Bacterial Genome Editing Pipeline Using Artificial Intelligence and State-of-the-Art Genome Editing Technologies”
This project aims to develop a universal workflow for bacterial genome engineering by combining advanced genome editing tools (CRISPR-Cas, transposons, introns), high-throughput transformation methods, and AI-driven active learning for optimization.

✅ Requirements:
MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
Molecular biology and genome editing experience is desirable
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with fluency in English
